    Returns/Exchange Policy

    You have 10 days from the day that you receive your Woolly to decide if it is right or not for you. We will only refund or exchange any item(s) if they are defective or if they have not been worn, washed, stained/soiled (including makeup), or altered. The Woolly must be in it’s original packaging with the receipt and all labels and tags still attached. If these terms are not met, then we may not accept the return at our discretion. Custom Woollies cannot be exchanged unless the merchandise is defective. Items that are on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
