Returns + Exchange Policy

Woolly Threads will accept exchanges or returns for merchandise only under the circumstances listed below. 

The product was purchased directly from We cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers. If there is an issue with the product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly.

The merchandise must be exchanged or returned in its original condition and received within 14 days of shipment. If the product has been worn, washed, stained/soiled (including makeup), or altered, we will not accept a return or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging with the packaging slip/ receipt and all labels/ tags attached. 

Custom garments cannot be returned unless there is a design error or the merchandise is defective. 

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned include: Sale items, Backstock items, scrunchies, and gift cards.
