Do your products contain any wool? Why is the company called “Woolly Threads”?

No, all of our products are a cotton polyester blend. The name is based off the unique texture of our fabrics! 

How do I care for Woolly Threads' products?

To keep your garment in the best condition and preserve the print, we recommend washing products inside out on cold and laying flat to dry.  

How do I know what size to order?

Our garments are meant to be worn oversized. We recommend sizing up from your normal size (i.e. a t-shirt) for an oversized fit.

How long will it take to receive my online order?

It may take up to 7 business days to receive your order. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and can take 3-5 business days to be shipped and delivered. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that this timeframe may vary during the holiday season.

What is your Return + Exchange Policy?

Woolly Threads will accept exchanges or returns for merchandise only under the circumstances listed below.

The product was purchased directly from www.woollythreads.com. We cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers. If there is an issue with the garment purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly. 

The product must be exchanged or returned in its original condition and received within 14 days of shipment. If the product has been worn, washed, stained/ soiled (including makeup), or altered, we will not accept a return or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging with the packaging slip/receipt and all labels and tags attached. 

Custom garments cannot be returned unless there is a design error or the merchandise is defective. 

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned include: Sale items, scrunchies, and gift cards. 

Holiday Return Policy: If you made a purchase between November 27th, 2019 through December 25th, 2019, you have until January 10th, 2020 to make a return or exchange.

I returned my online order, when can I expect a refund?

A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 3 business days of receiving your return order. A refund will only be issued for merchandise that meets the standards of our Return + Exchange Policy. You will receive an email from our Returns Department once we receive your return. If you have not received an email or have more questions about your return, please email woolly@woollythreads.com.

How long will it take for my refund to be issued back into my account?

It typically takes 24-48 hours for the refund amount to appear in the account. If the refund has not been issued into your account after 3 business days, please contact us.

My promo code isn't working.

Please note that only one promo code may be used at checkout. The code may be created to work for the entire site, a specific collection, or a specific product depending upon the sale. If you have any other issues using our promo codes please contact us and we will be happy to help assist you in any way we can!

I don’t see my sorority or college offered online. Can you customize Woolly Threads' merchandise with my sorority or college?

Unfortunately, We can only customize orders of at least 24 units. If you're looking for an individual Woolly with a custom design, your best bet would be to purchase a blank Woolly from our website. From there, we recommend taking it to a local embroidery shop to get the design of your choice on it!
