Do your products contain any wool? Why are they called “Woolly Threads”?
No, our products are 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The name is based off the unique texture of our fabric!
How do I care for my Woolly?
To keep your Woolly in the best condition and preserve the print, we recommend washing your Woolly inside out on cold and laying it flat to dry.
How do I know what size to order?
The Woolly is usually worn as an oversized garment. We suggest ordering one size up from your normal size for an oversized fit. Click here to view our sizing chart.
How long will it take to receive my online order?
It may take up to 10 business days to receive your order. Every garment is print to order, taking up to 5 business days to be made then 2 to 5 business days to be shipped and delivered. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
What is your exchange/return policy?
You have 10 days from the day that you receive your Woolly to exchange or return. We will only refund or exchange any item(s) that are defective or have not been worn, washed, stained/soiled (including makeup), or altered. The Woolly must be in its original packaging with the receipt and all labels and tags attached. If these terms are not met, we may not accept the return at our discretion. Custom Woollies cannot be exchanged unless the merchandise is defective. Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. I returned my Woolly, when can I expect a refund?
Once we receive your Woolly and affirm it meets the required standards, a refund will be issued. You will receive an email from our returns department once we receive your Woolly. If you have not received an email or have more questions about your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my refund to be issued back into my account?
It typically takes 24-48 hours for the refund amount to appear into the account. If the refund has not been issued into your account after 3 business days, please contact us.

I don’t see my sorority or college offered online. Can you make a Woolly with my sorority or college?
Woolly Threads holds select Greek and Collegiate licenses based on demand. Let us know if there is a sorority or school you would like to see! However, if we currently do not hold a license, we cannot print the design.
