    I want to place a group order for my sorority. How do I do that?

    Great! Please either fill out this form, or contact woolly@woollythreads.com with your chapter’s name and any other additional details.


    What is your exchange/return policy?

    A summary of our return policy is that we will be more than happy to exchange or return your Woolly if you contact us within 10 days of receiving it. The garment must be in perfect selling condition (with the exception of defects), with all original tags attached, as well as in the clear protective bag it came in. Please see our detailed return policy here for more information.


    On Refunds and Promo Codes:

    • How long will it take for my refund to be issued back into my account?

    It generally takes 24-48 hours for the refund amount to appear back into the account. If the refund has not been issued back into your account after 3 business days, please give us a call.

    • My promo code isn't working.
    Please call us and we will be more than happy to help you out!
    • I returned my Woolly, when can I expect a refund?

    Once we receive your Woolly and affirm that it meets the required standards, we will issue you a refund. You should receive an email from our returns department once we do receive your Woolly. If you have not received an email or have more questions about your return, please either see our return policy here or email returns@woollythreads.com


    How do I care for my Woolly?

    In order to keep your Woolly in it’s best condition, as well as preserve the quality of the print, we recommend that you wash your Woolly on cold and lay it flat to dry.


    My sorority ordered from you, but I missed the deadline to purchase with the group. Can I purchase one directly from you?

    Unfortunately, we cannot do individual custom orders. However, we offer a variety of generic sorority designs here.


    Do you have my school/sorority?

    If you do not see your preferred sorority or school, please contact woolly@woollythreads.com. Unfortunately, we cannot do individual custom orders, but we would be more than happy to start a group order with your sorority.


    Do your products contain any wool? Why are they called “Woolly Threads”?

    No, our products are 80% cotton and 20% polyester. We named them based off of the unique texture of our fabric!


    How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    We try to get orders out as fast as we can. Every garment is printed to order, so it can take up to 7 days for it to be made, as we can get very busy. Once it is printed and shipped, it takes around 2-5 days to get into your hands. You will receive an email with your tracking information once it is shipped!
